Refund Policy

The Well Journey is a $97 one-time digital course purchase. Because access begins immediately after verification, purchases are generally non-refundable. Once payment is successfully verified, access to the lessons and At the Well Reviews begins immediately and lasts exactly 90 calendar days. The period starts at payment verification, not first login or first lesson, and you may revisit the lessons and reviews during that window.

There is no lifetime lesson or course access. All six Encounters must be completed and verified within the original 90-day window. After verified completion and when lesson and review access expires, exactly five earned completion documents remain available: Certificate, The Commissioning, The Covenant, Scripture Companion, and Return To The Well.

Verified completion of all six Encounters qualifies you for free, ongoing Community access, subject to account restrictions. The Community includes Community Chat, My Portfolio, eligible member portfolios, and the Safety Guide. If all six Encounters are not verified within the original 90-day window, lesson and review access ends when the window closes, and earned completion documents are not retained.

If you experience difficulty accessing your course, encounter technical problems, or believe you were charged in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive the access you purchased.

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please notify us within 14 days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.

This section applies only to any existing Wait At The Well subscription. For a normal cancellation, future recurring charges stop and access continues through the current paid billing period. Permanent voluntary account closure immediately removes membership access, member tools, and profile data and cancels active subscription billing. No partial-period or automatic closure refund is issued. Eligible already-paid Well Journey access remains only under its original rules, and a closed account cannot reopen the subscription or make new purchases.

While refunds are generally not provided for digital products, Wait At The Well reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving billing errors, duplicate transactions, or other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
