"Walk in wisdom toward them that are without" — Honoring our covenant together
    Our Agreement

    Terms of Preparation

These terms govern your purchase of The Well Journey and your use of the Wait At The Well Community. The Well Journey is a $97 one-time course; Community access is free after verified completion of all six Encounters, subject to account restrictions.

    Section 1

The Well Journey & Community Participation

The Well Journey is a $97 one-time purchase. After successful payment is verified, it provides exactly 90 calendar days of lesson and At the Well Review access. The period begins at payment verification, not at first login, first lesson, or course completion. Lessons and reviews may be revisited during that original window; there is no lifetime course or lesson access.

To qualify for free, ongoing Community access, the verified $97 purchase must be associated with your account and all six Encounters must be completed and verified within that original 90-day window. Access is subject to account restrictions and these participation terms. The Community includes Community Chat, My Portfolio, eligible member portfolios, and the Safety Guide.

After verified completion and when lesson and review access expires, exactly five earned completion documents remain available: Certificate, The Commissioning, The Covenant, Scripture Companion, and Return To The Well. If all six Encounters are not verified within the original 90-day window, lesson and review access ends when that window closes, and the earned completion documents are not retained.

By purchasing The Well Journey or using the Community, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are engaging with our curriculum, community spaces, and resources of your own free will. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including in cases where a participant's conduct conflicts with the values and standards outlined in this agreement.

Any existing Wait At The Well subscription remains governed by its existing billing terms. An existing subscriber may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting our team. Normal cancellation stops future recurring charges, and access to an existing paid subscription continues through the current paid billing period. Permanent voluntary account closure is irreversible for that account: it cancels active subscription billing, removes membership access, member tools, and profile data immediately, does not issue an automatic refund, and does not allow reopening the subscription or making new purchases from that closed account. Any already-paid Well Journey access remains available only under its original rules. Financial and payment records may be retained where appropriate.

Use of our website and purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

    Section 2

    No Guarantee of Marriage

This is an important part of our agreement. Please read it carefully.

Wait At The Well is a preparation and discipleship platform. We provide biblical teaching, community support, emotional growth resources, and practical guidance for men and women who desire marriage and are seeking to prepare themselves spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

We do not and cannot guarantee that any member will enter into marriage. Outcomes depend on God's timing, individual circumstances, and the choices of all parties involved. Our role is to help you prepare, not to promise a result.

By purchasing The Well Journey or using the Community, you acknowledge and accept that Wait At The Well makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding marriage outcomes, relationship outcomes, or the availability of a suitable partner.

    Section 3

    Code of Conduct

Our Community is built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to Christ-honoring relationships. When using Community Chat, My Portfolio, eligible member portfolios, the Safety Guide, or any other platform space, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects these values.

    Specifically, you agree to:

    • Treat all members, facilitators, and staff with dignity and respect, regardless of background, opinion, or life stage.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, struggles, and information shared in Community Chat and other member spaces. Treat what members share with care and discretion.
    • Refrain from harassment, bullying, proselytizing outside our shared faith framework, or any behavior that creates an unsafe environment for other members.
    • Use the platform for its intended purpose. Solicitation, spam, unauthorized marketing, or recruitment of other members for external ventures is not permitted.
    • Take responsibility for your own emotional and spiritual well-being. Our curriculum and community are supportive resources, not a substitute for professional counseling or medical care.

Violations of this code may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community at the discretion of the Wait At The Well team.

    Section 4

    Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum materials, workbooks, written resources, and other materials provided through Wait At The Well are the intellectual property of Wait At The Well.

As a member, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use these materials for your personal growth and development. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or share any platform content with third parties, whether inside or outside the community, without prior written consent.

This includes but is not limited to: copying workbook content, sharing Community Chat content, posting curriculum excerpts on social media or external platforms, or using our materials to create competing resources.

    Section 5

    Limitation of Liability

Wait At The Well is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to offer valuable, biblically grounded teaching and a supportive community, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or effectiveness of our content for any individual's specific situation.

Wait At The Well, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any emotional distress, relationship outcomes, financial losses, or other damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the community. Our resources are educational and spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in an unsafe situation, please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis hotline immediately.
